The school strongly believes that the goodness of the curriculum can only be heightened by the quality of teaching methodology so that students could reap optimum benefit. Professional Development (PD) programs are deeply embedded in the school with the help of resource persons both from within the school as well as from outside.
TRANSFORMATIVE PEDAGOGY, many aspects of Dr. SPENCER KAGAN’S approach to 21st Century pedagogy and ACTION RESEARCH is used to further enrich our teachers’ teaching skills.
Institutional linkages are explored for enhancing our pedagogical skills through linkages with Bhutan Council for School Examinations and Assessment (BCSEA), REC and Paro College of Education.
